CHAMPION REIT (02778) has announced its financial performance for the year 2025. Total rental income amounted to HK$1.988 billion, representing a decrease of 9% compared to the previous year. Net property income was HK$1.613 billion, down 11.4% year-on-year. Distributable income reached HK$859 million, a decline of 10.4%. The distribution per unit was HK$0.1263.
