On 27 August, Pan Lizhang, Secretary of the Shibing County Party Committee in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, led a delegation to the Guiyang Branch of CHALIECO for a rural revitalisation exchange symposium. During the visit, she presented a letter of appreciation on behalf of the county's Party committee and government, recognising the company's eight years of dedicated targeted assistance to Jinkeng Village in Niudachang Town and commending its remarkable achievements with sincere gratitude and high respect.

The letter highly praised the assistance results delivered by the Guiyang Branch. Since the pairing support began in 2017, the branch has firmly implemented the central and Guizhou provincial decisions on consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and comprehensively advancing rural revitalisation. It has proactively shouldered the political and social responsibilities of a central state-owned enterprise, leveraging its strengths in resources, technology, and talent to implement precise measures with wholehearted commitment, driving the transformation of Jinkeng Village from a severely impoverished community into a county-level model village for rural revitalisation.

Over the past eight years, the Guiyang Branch has strengthened its foundations through Party building leadership, investing over one million yuan in Party-building activities,慰问 visits, and educational support. It has standardised village-level organisational procedures, upgraded infrastructure facilities, and reinforced the grassroots fighting fortress. Through industry-driven empowerment, it has cultivated two signature pillar industries: flue-cured tobacco and eco-friendly rice. By innovating an order-based consumption support model, it has opened diverse channels to boost residents' incomes, earning deep gratitude from local communities across all ethnic groups.

This year, the Guiyang Branch has worked with the village's two committees to steadily advance key annual tasks, with rural revitalisation outcomes continuously improving and forming a virtuous cycle of thriving industries, strong collectives, and prosperous villagers. The introduction of a points-based governance model, featuring a points supermarket, has encouraged residents to actively participate in village management, steadily enhancing the village's appearance and civilised customs. Strict implementation of dynamic monitoring mechanisms to prevent poverty relapse has eliminated all risks for previously tracked households, further solidifying grassroots governance foundations.

The Guiyang Branch stated that serving rural revitalisation is an unshirkable political and social responsibility for central state-owned enterprises. It will remain steadfast in its assistance mission, deepen enterprise-local collaboration, and align with Shibing County's development positioning and practical needs. Focusing on key areas such as industrial upgrading, livelihood improvement, and governance enhancement, it will continue to consolidate and expand assistance results, working hand in hand with Shibing County for sustained, long-term success to jointly paint a bright picture of rural revitalisation.
