DMALL Buys Back 606,100 Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 64.78 Million

DMALL Inc. (Hong Kong-listed) disclosed a repurchase of 606,100 ordinary shares on 24 June 2026 through on-exchange transactions at prices between HK$6.46 and HK$6.53, reflecting a volume-weighted average cost of HK$6.50 per share. The gross cash outlay totalled HK$3.94 million.

Following the transaction, DMALL’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.07 % to 872.73 million, while treasury shares rose to 64.78 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 937.51 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 88.37 million shares. To date, 10.99 million shares—about 1.24 % of the company’s issued share base at mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, DMALL is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 July 2026.
