SHIYUE DAOTIAN (09676) has announced its financial results for 2025. The company reported revenue of approximately 68.1 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 18.5%. Gross profit reached about 13.53 billion yuan, up 32.8% compared to the previous year. Annual profit amounted to roughly 4.28 billion yuan, marking a significant surge of 109.5%. Adjusted net profit was approximately 5.6 billion yuan, growing by 60.3% year-on-year. A final dividend of 0.32 yuan per share was declared.
Revenue from rice products increased by 18.4% to 47.55 billion yuan, primarily driven by the group's ongoing strategic adjustments to deepen its sales channels and increased sales volume through multiple channels as brand influence strengthened. Revenue from coarse cereals, beans, and other products for the year was 6.39 billion yuan, an increase of 36.0% over the previous year, mainly due to the company's active development of new products, including the launch of prepared coarse grain items, which expanded the product portfolio and sales network. Revenue from dried goods and other products rose by 51.5% to 6.76 billion yuan, largely attributable to increased sales volume and prices of by-products such as bran, rice hulls, and broken rice within this category, alongside the group's efforts in developing new products that broadened the dried goods portfolio and sales network.
The gross profit margin improved from 17.7% in 2024 to 19.9% in the reporting period. This enhancement was mainly due to the company (i) continuously optimizing its product mix, resulting in increased sales of mid-to-high-end products as consumer brand recognition improved, while strategically reducing focus on low-margin products; (ii) persistently adjusting the structure and strategic layout of sales channels; and (iii) a lower average price of raw material paddy rice in 2025 compared to 2024.
