UNIVERSAL TECH (01026) announced that Cai Dawei will retire as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee or as a member of the remuneration and nomination committees. The changes will take effect upon the conclusion of the 2025 annual general meeting.
