天鸽互动（01980）在2026年7月27日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股2万股，占回购前现有已发行股份约0.00181%，每股回购价为0.63港元，合计付出12,600港元，折合约1.26万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份数由1,107,750,162股下降至1,107,730,162股，同时库藏股增加至1,660,000股，公司已发行股份总数仍为1,109,390,162股。此次回购基于2026年5月29日获得股东大会通过的回购授权，授权允许公司回购最多110,939,016股股份，截至目前公司已累计回购1,660,000股。
天鸽互动确认本次回购已遵守包括香港联交所证券上市规则在内的相关法律法规和监管规定。公告由联席公司秘书陈秀签署。
