VANKE OVERSEAS (01036) announced that effective December 19, 2025, Mr. Sun Jia, the company's executive director, will step down as a member of the Nomination Committee. Ms. Ye Kaiwen, also an executive director of the company, will be appointed as a new member of the Nomination Committee.
