Frasers Property Limited announced on May, 08 2026 a series of corporate actions for the half-year ended Mar, 31 2026, including two completed divestments and the incorporation of six Australian subsidiaries.
The group sold its entire interest in Aviemore Chineham Park Unit Trust and its two related UK companies on Nov, 24 2025. Buyers paid about 8.56 million Singapore dollars for the trust units and a nominal amount for the shares, and also repaid intra-group loans of roughly 144.9 million Singapore dollars. The transaction removes the Chineham Park business park in Basingstoke from the group’s portfolio.
On Oct, 31 2025 the company divested 100 percent of Real Utilities Pty Limited and its 18 subsidiaries to Embedded Network Investments Holdings Pty Ltd for a headline consideration of about 25.5 million Singapore dollars, subject to completion adjustments. Real Utilities and its subsidiaries are no longer part of the group.
To support a planned development in Queensland, six new entities—Frasers Property Skyridge Residential Shareholder, Frasers Property Skyridge Residential, Frasers Property Skyridge Retail Shareholder, Frasers Property Skyridge Retail, Frasers Property Skyridge Residential DM, and Frasers (FPA) Skyridge Residential—were incorporated in New South Wales on Dec, 10 2025 with initial capital ranging from approximately 1.7 Singapore dollars to about 13.4 million Singapore dollars.
Frasers Property said the transactions align with its capital recycling strategy and are not expected to have a material impact on its current-year net tangible assets or earnings per share. No director or controlling shareholder has any interest in the deals.
