WKK INTL (HOLD)（00532）8月3日晚间发布公告称，董事会主席兼执行董事王忠桐先生将自2026年8月3日起获委任为公司荣誉主席，并调任为非执行董事。
公告显示，现年83岁的王忠桐先生于1975年创办本集团，自1990年3月起担任公司董事、主席兼行政总裁，并于2015年3月1日辞任行政总裁职务。
根据香港《证券及期货条例》第XV部规定，王忠桐先生被视为合共持有公司股份338,932,723股，其中： 1. 通过Rewarding Limited持有207,800,000股； 2. 通过Wonder Luck International Limited持有122,012,723股； 3. 个人持有9,120,000股； 4. 持有5,000,000份购股权。
在新任命及调任生效后，王忠桐先生将按月收取董事袍金250,000港元，其董事职位须根据公司章程于日后股东周年大会上轮席退任并膺选连任。
截至公告日期，公司董事会架构为：荣誉主席兼非执行董事王忠桐先生；执行董事王艺桥女士及王贤德女士；独立非执行董事谢宏中先生、梁锦芳博士、叶维晋医生及林耀荣先生。
