ISDN Finalises Voluntary Wind-Up of Dormant Indonesian Subsidiary PT Leaptron Engineering

Bulletin Express
Jul 22

ISDN Holdings Limited (ISDN) reported that PT Leaptron Engineering, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary in Indonesia, has completed a members’ voluntary liquidation effective 16 July 2026. The resolution removes an inactive entity from the Group’s corporate structure.

PT Leaptron Engineering was incorporated in 2013 to explore automation-distribution opportunities in Indonesia. ISDN subsequently concentrated its Leaptron business in other markets, leaving the unit dormant. The voluntary liquidation was executed under Indonesian law with Maria Josepha Florencia Kelly S.H., M.Kn. appointed as liquidator.

ISDN confirmed that the transaction will not have a material impact on the Group’s net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

The Board stated that none of the Directors or substantial shareholders hold any interest in the liquidation beyond their existing shareholdings in ISDN.
