On August 9, 2025, YUFENGCHANG HLD Limited (08631) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhihui Youke at the Tianzhu Spring Water Factory in Shanyang County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. This partnership marks the beginning of a comprehensive resource integration between both companies, leveraging their respective strengths in production capacity supply chains and digital channel networks to jointly explore the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chain market within China's gas station convenience system. Prior to the signing (August 8-9), a business inspection team led by Mr. Yan Lei, Executive Director of YUFENGCHANG HLD, and Ms. Zou Qingrong, Executive Vice President, along with Mr. Wang Yi, Founder and Chairman of Zhihui Youke, Mr. Yuan Bing, member of YUFENGCHANG HLD's Strategic Investment Committee and founder of Beijing A-Share Express, and senior partners Mr. Lu Yu and Mr. Hong Bin from Beijing A-Share Express, conducted comprehensive inspections of several core subsidiaries under YUFENGCHANG HLD in Shaanxi Province. These included Shaanxi Xichi Polymer Technology Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Yufengchang Wozaijia Food Co., Ltd., and the Shanyang Tianzhu Spring Water Factory of Shaanxi Tianzhu Beverage Co., Ltd.
The inspection team gained detailed insights into YUFENGCHANG HLD's robust manufacturing capabilities in FMCG sectors including packaging containers, packaged drinking water, alcoholic beverages, and daily consumer products, as well as their stringent quality control systems and efficient logistics supply networks.
