2026年1月20日，Prudential plc 保誠有限公司(港交所股份代号：2378)更新翌日披露报表，披露于2026年1月19日回购普通股股份。公司数据显示，当日于伦敦证券交易所回购约307,715股股份，每股价格介乎每股11.66英镑至11.93英镑，涉资约3,651,867.11英镑。
截至上述交易完成后，公司已发行股本变动为2,545,637,517股。根据回购授权，保诚已于其他市场合计回购约61,442,127股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约2.3590%。购回授权最初于2025年5月14日获得股东通过，授权购回总数为262,668,701股。
