2026年8月21日，国富氢能（02582）公告称，根据董事会对未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得归属于母公司拥有人亏损约1.07亿至1.31亿元。
与截至2025年6月30日止六个月相比，上述亏损增幅约为20.18%至46.88%。
公司指出，亏损扩大主要源于以下三方面： 1. 汇率波动导致汇兑收益转为亏损； 2. 本期未取得去年同期享有的所得税抵免； 3. 研发投入继续扩大，致使研发开支增加。
国富氢能表示，相关数据尚未经过核数师及审核委员会确认，最终财务数据将以公司预计于2026年8月底前发布的中期业绩公告为准。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
