Shanghai Pioneer Holding Ltd (Stock Code: 01345) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 March 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025.
• Considering the declaration of a final dividend for FY2025, if any.
• Approving the formal publication of the annual results.
The current Board comprises seven members: three executive directors (LI Xinzhou, YANG Yuewen, ZHANG Quan), one non-executive director (HU Mingfei), and three independent non-executive directors (ZHANG Hong, LAI Chanshu, ZHANG Changhai). The meeting will be chaired by LI Xinzhou.
