Yuk Wing Group projects FY2026 net loss to narrow 50% on ECL reversal

Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited announced that, based on a preliminary review of unaudited management accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, it expects to report a net loss after tax of no more than HK$6.00 million. This represents a reduction of roughly 50% from the HK$12.20 million loss recorded in FY2025.

Management attributes the improvement primarily to a HK$0.90 million reversal of allowance for expected credit losses (ECL) on trade receivables, compared with an ECL provision of HK$6.00 million in the prior year. The reversal follows intensified collection efforts during the year.

The figures are based on internal assessments and have not yet been reviewed by the company’s auditor or audit committee. Audited annual results are slated for release on 26 June 2026.

The board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
