Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. (Chery Auto) reported a total sales volume of 228,451 vehicles across its five major brands in March 2026, up 15.0% from 198,594 units a year earlier. The uptick was led by the flagship CHERY marque, whose deliveries surged 38.8% to 163,507 units, accounting for roughly 72% of the Group’s monthly total.

Quarter-to-date (Q1 2026) sales reached 566,120 units, slipping 3.1% from 584,491 units in the same period of 2025. Despite CHERY’s 15.5% increase to 406,839 units, declines in EXEED (-39.9%), JETOUR (-22.6%), iCAR (-17.2%) and LUXEED (-75.7%) weighed on the Group’s cumulative performance.
Key operational highlights
• New-energy vehicles (NEVs) contributed 62,564 units in March, representing approximately 27.4% of the month’s total volume. • Overseas demand remained robust, with exports of 146,115 units, or about 64.0% of March shipments.
