快手-W (01024) 于2026年4月14日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示当日公司在香港联交所场内回购 B 类普通股 445,000 股，占公司截至4月13日已发行 B 类普通股约 0.0102%。每股回购价介乎 44.52 港元至 44.62 港元，涉及总金额约 1,985.66 万港元。
与此同时，公司因行使首次公开发售前员工持股计划期权，新发行 16,206 股 B 类普通股，每股发行价 0.3273 港元，占公司现有已发行股本约 0.0004%。本次发行完成后，B 类普通股数增至 3,657,817,713 股。
公告同时披露，快手-W 于2025年6月19日获股东大会授权可回购最多 428,392,652 股，截至目前已回购 32,100,900 股。公司确认相关回购及发行均严格遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法例。
