芬兰科技服务提供商Siili Solutions Oyj于2025年7月15日宣布完成股票回购计划，以每股6.62欧元（约合人民币48.9元）的均价从公开市场购回950股普通股。本次交易总额达6289欧元（约人民币4.65万元）。
此次回购后，该公司累计持有库存股数量增至30,078股。市场分析人士指出，上市公司回购自有股份通常传递对企业长期价值的信心，同时有助于优化资本结构。不过此次回购规模较小，预计对公司股权结构影响有限。
根据北欧市场交易规则，此次回购严格遵循赫尔辛基证券交易所披露要求。Siili Solutions作为北欧地区领先的数字化解决方案供应商，近期股价在6.5-6.8欧元区间窄幅震荡，此次回购价格较当前市价溢价约1.5%。
