Confidence Intelligence AGM 2026: Shareholders Record 45.81% Turnout and Unanimous Support for All Resolutions

Confidence Intelligence Holdings Limited convened its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) on 26 June 2026, where all agenda items—six ordinary resolutions and one special resolution—secured 100% approval from voting shareholders.

Key Ordinary Resolutions Passed 1. Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Re-election of directors Li Hao, Xu Shizhen, and Mu Lingxia, and authorization for the board to determine directors’ remuneration. 3. Re-appointment of Conpak CPA Limited as external auditor, with the board authorized to fix its remuneration. 4. Granting of a general mandate to the board to issue additional shares, including any sale or transfer of treasury shares. 5. Granting of a general mandate to repurchase the company’s shares. 6. Extension of the share-issuance mandate by the amount of shares repurchased under the above mandate.

Special Resolution • Adoption of the new amended and restated articles of association, replacing the previous version. The proposal received over 75% of the votes, meeting the threshold for a special resolution.

Board and Attendance Directors Li Hao, Zhang Bizhong, Xu Shizhen, Li Biqiong, Huang Jianfei, and Chow Kit Ting attended the AGM in person or via electronic means. Director Mu Lingxia was absent due to other business commitments.

With all resolutions approved, Confidence Intelligence’s board is empowered to proceed with its authorized share issuance and repurchase programs, finalize director remuneration, and implement the newly adopted articles of association.
