盛源控股（00851）3月19日晚间发布盈利警告称，根据对截至2025年12月31日止财政年度（“2025财年”）未经审计综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，公司预计将录得年度溢利不少于0.09亿港元。相比2024财年约0.319亿港元的溢利，预计同比减少约72%。\n\n 公司表示，利润下滑的主要原因在于：2024财年确认了处置按公平值计入损益的债务工具所产生的0.175亿港元一次性收益，以及0.05亿港元的金融资产减值亏损拨回；而在2025财年并未出现上述收益。\n\n 截至公告日，盛源控股尚在落实2025财年年度业绩，相关数据未经核数师及审计委员会审核。公司计划于2026年3月31日前发布经审核的年度业绩公告。\n\n 公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司股份时应保持审慎，并关注后续正式业绩公告。
