On 27 March 2026, Tianjin Binhai Teda Logistics (Group) Corporation Limited (“Binhai Teda Logistics”) announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s portal (www.tbtl.cn). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed copies will receive the full hard-copy set by mail at no charge.

The company reiterated that, following its 16 January 2024 circular, it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in place of printed versions.

To ensure timely access to “Actionable Corporate Communications” (any documents requiring shareholder instructions or elections), shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Absent a valid email, future actionable documents will continue to be dispatched in hard copy.

Shareholders preferring printed materials may opt in for a one-year period by notifying the share registrar or emailing investor@tbtl.com.cn.

Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar during business hours or to the company hotline at +86 5985 8128.
