Alphamab Oncology disclosed a further on-market share repurchase on 15 September 2026, buying back 122,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The purchase price ranged between HKD 7.895 and HKD 8.005 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 7.93 per share, bringing the total cash outlay to HKD 0.97 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0126% to 967.04 million shares. Treasury shares rose from 7.22 million to 7.34 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 974.38 million shares.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate authorised by shareholders on 12 June 2026, which permits Alphamab Oncology to buy back up to 96.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.47 million shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date, leaving 98.5% of the authorisation unused.
All repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares; no shares have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Alphamab Oncology is subject to a moratorium on new share issues, or sales or transfers of treasury shares, until 15 October 2026.
