This initiative directly addresses the challenge fans faced returning home after performances ended late in the evening.
Beijing South Station rolled out a detailed plan ahead of time, fine-tuning the entire process for these dedicated concert trains and setting up emergency response procedures. Station staff cross-checked the service schedule and dynamically analyzed passenger flow to anticipate demand. Extra ticket windows were opened, a special waiting area was reserved exclusively for concertgoers, and additional experienced personnel were posted at ticket gates and on platforms to manage boarding efficiently, maintaining a safe and orderly environment throughout the process.
At Tianjin Station, a full inspection and maintenance sweep was conducted on key facilities including waiting halls, entry and exit pathways, platform lighting, and escalators to eliminate any safety hazards. Dedicated guidance points were set up in the waiting zones, with staff stationed around the clock to direct passengers and boost the frequency of dynamic broadcast announcements, ensuring travelers received timely reminders for ticket checks and boarding. For fans carrying large luggage, workers proactively lent a hand, helping with baggage and pointing out entry routes, while optimized nighttime entry flow patterns allowed passengers to move through quickly.
