Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited reported a leadership change effective 27 August 2026. Executive Director Teng Fei has resigned, citing other professional commitments. The company confirmed that Teng Fei holds no disagreement with the Board and that no issues require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.
Simultaneously, Sun Lijun, aged 44, has been appointed as an Executive Director for a three-year term starting on the same date. Sun brings certified public accountant and certified tax agent credentials, alongside extensive experience in finance and treasury roles across China Unicom (Tianjin), China Telecom (Tianjin), CECEP (Tianjin) Investment Group, China Shenhua Energy, China Nuclear (Tianjin) Machine, and Shanghai Huayi Jinjia Development. Since 2019 he has served in senior finance and asset-management positions at Tianjin TEDA Industrial Group and its affiliates, and is currently a non-executive director of substantial shareholder Tianjin Development Holdings.
Under the service contract, Sun Lijun will not receive a director’s fee or salary; remuneration will be determined by the Board and its Remuneration Committee with reference to duties and prevailing market conditions. He holds no share interests in Tianjin Port Development under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance and has no relationships with other Directors, senior management, or controlling shareholders.
The Board expressed gratitude to Teng Fei for his service and extended a formal welcome to Sun Lijun. Following the changes, the Board comprises six executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
