蓝月亮集团控股有限公司（06993）7月15日晚间在港交所披露内幕消息公告称，依据未经审计综合管理账目及初步资料，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月的归属公司权益持有人应占综合亏损，将较2025年同期约435.3百万元（4.35亿元）至少收窄55%。据此测算，本期亏损上限约为195.9百万元（1.96亿元）。\n\n公司将亏损收窄主要归因于三方面：一是持续简化业务流程并优化组织资源配置，降低冗余开支；二是落实“知识行销”战略，通过“至尊洁净之旅”“溜达节”等营销矩阵提升投产比；三是深化多元渠道布局，拓宽线下分销网络并布局新兴电商，以吸引年轻消费群体。\n\n蓝月亮集团表示，未来将聚焦核心经营举措，包括深化知识行销体系、推进“至尊系列”和“净享系列”差异化布局、优化资源配置并加大技术与产品研发投入。公司计划最迟于2026年8月31日发布正式的2026年半年度业绩公告。\n\n公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司股份时应保持审慎与理性。
