截至2026年6月30日，远洋服务实现营收12.91亿元，同比下降7%。毛利达到2.00亿元，同比增长23%，毛利率从上年同期的12%提升至16%。期间经调整净利润为0.81亿元。销售及营销费用为0.06亿元，同比下降31%；行政开支为1.00亿元，同比下降6%。截至期末，现金资源总额为6.35亿元。
业务分项
物业管理服务收入为10.03亿元，同比下降3%，占总营收78%。主要原因为在管建筑面积较去年同期下降约10%，但通过主动退出低效项目及新增外拓项目，独立外拓能力得到巩固。社区增值服务收入2.01亿元，同比下降19%，主要由于聚焦核心高频业务，缩减了部分非核心业务规模。非业主增值服务收入0.88亿元，同比下降17%，与业务结构的审慎调整及多元化布局推进节奏有关。
展望
公司表示，物管行业正处于价值重塑的关键阶段，将继续坚持以客户为中心，在深耕高价值城市和拓展优质项目的同时，强化精细化运营，进一步推动全链条服务升级，注重资源整合与增值业务质量的提升，加大对区域深耕和市场化拓展的投入力度，不断夯实企业的可持续发展基础。
