Tianjin TEDA Biomedical Engineering Company Limited has officially relocated its principal place of business in mainland China from Tianjin to Beijing, according to a board announcement released on 9 June 2026.

Effective immediately, the new address is Room 503-2, Tower A, Peking University Science Park, No. 127-1 Zhongguancun North Street, Haidian District, Beijing.

The move was approved by the company’s board of directors, chaired by Ms. Sun Li. The board currently comprises nine members: two executive directors (Ms. Sun Li and Mr. Yang Zeng), four non-executive directors (Mr. He Xin, Dr. Li Ximing, Mr. Wang Lei and Mr. Xia Alan Zhe) and three independent non-executive directors (Ms. Gao Chun, Mr. Tu Xiangzhen and Mr. Chen Jiang).

The announcement affirms that all information provided is accurate and complete in accordance with the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. It will remain available on the GEM website and the company’s official website (www.bioteda.com) for seven days from the date of posting.
