东方科脉（01770）8月3日公告称，公司全球发售的稳定价格期已于2026年8月2日结束。因国际配售并无超额分配H股，保荐人兼整体协调人在稳定价格期内未行使超额配股权，稳定价格经办人及其关联方亦未进行任何稳定价格行动。相应地，超额配股权已于2026年8月2日失效，公司不会据此发行任何H股。
公司同时表示，稳定价格期结束后，其已符合并将持续遵守香港联合交易所有限公司上市规则第19A.13A条所规定的公众持股量要求。
公告由公司董事会主席、执行董事兼总经理周爱军代表董事会发布。公司董事会成员包括执行董事周爱军先生、王文亮先生；非执行董事汪啸先生、王扬女士、刘喻先生及狄琛先生；独立非执行董事曾爱民教授、周国富教授及阮添士先生。
