亿腾嘉和（06998）于2026年7月15日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所回购普通股3.80万股，占现有已发行股本约0.002%。本次回购价格区间为每股1.94港元至1.97港元，总耗资约7.44万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）由2026年7月14日的1,990,128,274股降至1,990,090,274股，庫藏股数量增至23,951,500股。公司已发行股本合计仍为2,014,041,774股。公司购回授权于2026年6月26日获股东大会通过，最多可回购199,074,827股，截至目前累计在联交所及其他证券交易所已回购股份658,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份数目的0.03%。
公司表示，此次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由联席公司秘书王千惠签署。
