时代邻里(09928)于2026年5月28日举行股东周年大会，会上所有决议案均获通过，包括宣派截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息。每股派息人民币4.8分，预计将于2026年7月2日或前后派付予于2026年6月10日营业结束时名列股东名册的股东。
为厘定收取末期股息的资格，公司将于2026年6月4日至6月10日暂停办理股份过户登记，期间将不会进行股份过户。所有填妥的过户文件连同相关股票须于2026年6月3日下午4时30分前送交公司香港股份过户登记处。股息将以港元派付，按中国人民银行于2026年5月28日公布的中间价折算，即每股应付末期股息5.5港仙。
同日，大会亦通过续聘致同（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为独立核数师，并授予董事一般授权以配发、发行股份及购回股份等议案。
