BEXCELLENT GP (01775) has announced that, based on currently available information to the company's management and a preliminary review and assessment of the Group's latest unaudited consolidated management accounts for the four months ending November 30, 2025, the unaudited consolidated profit attributable to the Company's owners for this period is approximately HK$3 million. This represents a significant turnaround compared to the loss reported for the four months ending November 30, 2024.

The loss incurred in the four months ended November 30, 2024, was primarily due to a substantial expansion of the professional teaching and administrative team to enhance educational quality and operational capabilities, which led to increased employee-related costs. Other contributing factors included significant investment in the research and development of specialized courses and learning materials tailored for international curricula and assessments, aimed at ensuring academic excellence and maintaining a competitive edge. Substantial expenditures from targeted marketing campaigns, designed to strengthen the brand and further penetrate the Mainland China market, also contributed to the loss.

The return to profitability for the four months ending November 30, 2025, is primarily attributed to the strong operational momentum and revenue growth now being realized as a result of those foundational investments. Key contributing factors include a significant increase in student enrollments from the Group's partner institutions, reflecting a growing demand for its school services in Mainland China.

Furthermore, revenue from the Group's supplementary education services and products has recorded robust growth. This performance demonstrates the successful strategic planning of the operational scale and the effective monetization following the enhancement of teaching resources and curricula.
