中国万天控股（01854）最新公告显示，董事会建议在即将举行的股东周年大会上授予股份购回授权，允许公司在批准当日已发行股本总数的10%范围内回购股份。根据公告，截至2026年4月20日公司已发行股份共2,037,629,769股，若获股东大会通过，最多可购回约203,762,976股。
公告指出，上述回购将使用公司法定来源的资金，以符合开曼群岛相关法律规定及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则。董事会认为，适时执行回购有助于提升每股资产净值和/或每股盈利，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。同时，公告列示过去十二个月公司股价最高为1.41港元（2025年4月）及最低为0.64港元（2025年9月）。
该股份购回授权尚待2026年6月26日股东周年大会批准。公告显示，公司股票过户登记将于2026年6月23日至26日期间暂停办理，以确定届时有权表决的股东身份。公司表示，若获得通过，将在适当时机并视市场情况决定是否行使授权。
