CH SUPPLY CHAIN (03708) announced on November 3, 2025, that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Digital Dimension Technology Co., Ltd. (Digital Dimension Tech). The latter specializes in storage, security, and bandwidth solutions, including its StreamBox edge system, as well as compact ultra-high-capacity data centers utilizing licensed Kodon technology.

The MOU outlines the key intentions of a strategic partnership, under which CH SUPPLY CHAIN will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong to fund, construct, and operate next-generation data centers leveraging Kodon technology licensed or sublicensed by Digital Dimension Tech.

Kodon technology is described as a data representation method capable of compressing files of various formats into a compact "Kodon" (character sequence), targeting compression to less than 1% of the original file size, subject to technical parameters and validation results (collectively referred to as "the Technology"). This innovation enables extremely high logical storage capacity within limited physical space.

Both parties intend to promptly commence technical, legal, and commercial due diligence and negotiate a definitive agreement to formalize the licensing, construction, and operation of the data centers. According to the MOU, CH SUPPLY CHAIN plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong to finance, build, and operate the facilities, while Digital Dimension Tech will grant or arrange long-term usage rights for the Technology, pending due diligence and final agreement negotiations.

The partnership aims to integrate core resources and strengths through a sustained collaborative framework, deploying the Technology to develop next-gen data centers in Hong Kong and unlock synergies. The Technology is designed to drastically reduce data footprint while achieving exceptionally high logical storage capacity in constrained physical spaces. This initiative is expected to strengthen the leadership positions of both companies in Hong Kong's data center industry.
