COSCO SHIPPING Ports Announces Updated Board and Committee Structure

COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited released an updated list of its directors and detailed the current composition of seven board committees. The revised structure, dated 22 May 2026, confirms leadership roles and committee memberships across executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.

The Board now comprises nine members. Zhu Tao continues as Executive Director and Chairman, while Wu Yu serves as Executive Director and Managing Director. Independent Non-executive Directors include Lam Yiu Kin and Chan Ka Lok. Non-executive Directors are Yang Liang Yee Philip, Ma Xianghui, Tam Kam Lan (Annie), Chen Shuai and Gu Jinshan.

Committee leadership is allocated as follows: • Executive Committee – Chairman: Zhu Tao • Audit Committee – Chairman: Lam Yiu Kin • Remuneration Committee – Chairman: Chan Ka Lok • Nomination Committee – Chairwoman: Tam Kam Lan (Annie) • Investment and Strategic Planning Committee – Chairwoman: Wu Yu • Environmental, Social and Governance Committee – Chairwoman: Tam Kam Lan (Annie) • Risk Management Committee – Chairman: Zhu Tao

Each director’s participation spans multiple committees, underscoring a broad distribution of governance responsibilities. For example, Wu Yu sits on five committees, and Zhu Tao chairs two while also serving on the Risk Management Committee. The updated structure aims to enhance oversight in areas ranging from audit and remuneration to ESG and strategic planning.
