本次交易对Cybercatch的估值达到1.368亿加元，相当于每股Cybercatch股票作价5.11加元。交易完成后，Cybercatch原股东将持有Datavault Ai公司7.52%的股权。并购后的Cybercatch将作为Datavault Ai的全资子公司继续运营，并由Sai Huda出任公司总裁。
