连连数字科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02598）于2026年6月24日发布公告称，公司于同日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股股份30.85万股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.0713%。本次回购的最高成交价为每股港币4.45元，最低成交价为每股港币4.09元，合计耗资约129.81万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）为432,403,264股，库存股份增至36,039,000股，合计股份总数依然为468,442,264股。公司此前通过股东大会于2026年6月5日通过回购授权，可回购股份总数为43,603,576股，截至本公告日，已累计回购3,854,500股，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.884%。公司亦公告自实施该次回购日起30日内（至2026年7月24日止）将暂不起息发布新股或处置库存股份的计划。
