The Yongjing Zhizhen Jiangdong project has successfully reached the "zero point" milestone. Located on Jiangdong Avenue in the Haikou Jiangdong New District, the project has entered a critical construction phase. Seven residential buildings in phase one have completed the "positive and negative zero" construction, and one additional building has finished its foundation works. The project has officially transitioned from underground foundation construction to above-ground main structure construction. The Yongjing Zhizhen Jiangdong project has a total construction area of approximately 188,000 square meters, with a planned floor area ratio not exceeding 2.0 and a green space ratio of no less than 35%. The project plans to build 18 high-quality residential units, developed in four phases. The Hainan Province 2026 Basic and Advanced Smart Factory List has been released, with 13 Haikou factories recognized. The Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice announcing the province's 2026 Basic and Advanced Smart Factory list after a process including voluntary enterprise applications, city and county preliminary reviews and recommendations, expert evaluations, and public announcements. Among them, 13 Haikou factories are on the list. The Hainan Province 2026 Basic Smart Factory list features 13 factories, including six from Haikou. These include the Full-process Digital Control Feed Smart Factory of Shuangbaotai Feed Co., Ltd., the Peptide Drug Manufacturing Smart Factory of Hainan Zhonghe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and the Quick Manufacturing Solid Preparation Digital Smart Factory of Hainan Asia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The Hainan Province 2026 Advanced Smart Factory list features 11 factories, including seven from Haikou. These include the High-end Preparation Smart Manufacturing Factory of Qilu Pharmaceutical (Hainan) Co., Ltd., the Coca-Cola Series Beverage Digital Intelligent Factory of Hainan Taigu Coca-Cola Beverage Co., Ltd., and the Full-chain Digital Intelligent Factory for Dairy Beverages of Yufan Dairy (Hainan) Co., Ltd.
In the first half of the year, the province processed over 5.7 million parcels of duty-free and duty-paid goods. According to the Hainan Provincial Postal Administration, in the first half of 2026, various indicators of the province's postal and express delivery industry steadily climbed, with development quality and efficiency continuously improving.
