2026年5月28日，中远海运发展股份有限公司（以下简称“中远海发”，股票代码：02866）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于2026年5月27日分别在香港联交所及上海证券交易所进行股份回购。
其中，公司回购了1,000,000股H股，占回购前已发行H股约0.02902%。本次H股回购价介乎每股0.99港元至0.9999港元，合计涉资约99.99万港元。公司H股于回购完成后尚未注销，已发行H股总数仍为3,445,672,000股。
同日，公司在上海证券交易所回购500,000股A股，占回购前已发行A股约0.00513%，每股回购价为人民币2.52元，总金额约126.00万元。A股于回购完成后尚未注销，已发行A股总数维持在9,751,983,820股。
根据此前获得的购回授权显示，中远海发可回购H股合计344,567,200股，并已于香港联交所及其他证券交易所累计回购20,589,000股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行H股的约0.59753%。本次回购仍在上述授权范围内进行。
公司同时确认，已履行相关上市规则及其他法律法规的要求。公告由公司秘书蔡磊签署。
