Shimao Services Updates Cayman Islands Share Registrar Name to Ascentium

Shimao Services Holdings Limited announced that its principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands has changed its name from Harneys Fiduciary (Cayman) Limited to Ascentium (Cayman) Limited, effective 17 April 2026. The office’s address remains unchanged.
The Board currently consists of Executive Directors Hui Sai Tan, Jason (Chairman) and Shao Liang (President), alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Zhou Xinyi and Hui Wai Man, Lawrence.
The voluntary announcement was released in Hong Kong on 30 April 2026.
