网易云音乐股份有限公司（股票代码：09899）于2026年5月28日发布公告，称公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股12.58万股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.05975%。本次回购价格区间为每股港币118.1元至121.7元，累计动用资金约1,499.50万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目由210,535,916股降至210,410,116股，库存股份增至7,508,750股，全部已发行股份总数维持为217,918,866股。本次回购基于公司于2025年6月25日获通过的购回授权，截至回购后，网易云音乐已累计根据该授权回购7,177,200股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的3.3014%，剩余可回购股份总数为21,739,953股。
