On 11 September 2026, Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (“Shenzhen Int’l”) completed the issuance of its 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 4, securing RMB1.00 billion with a fixed annual coupon of 2.07% and a 10-year tenor.
The transaction forms part of the company’s RMB10.00 billion debt programme registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. To date, Shenzhen Int’l has tapped the programme for a cumulative RMB9.00 billion through five issues:
• 2024 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 1: RMB4.00 billion • 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 1: RMB1.00 billion • 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 2: RMB2.00 billion • 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 3: RMB1.00 billion • 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 4 (current): RMB1.00 billion
Following the latest issuance, Shenzhen Int’l retains RMB1.00 billion of unused capacity under its approved quota.
