Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited (Chuncheng Heating) has reiterated its move to a fully electronic distribution model for all future corporate communications, according to a shareholder letter dated 17 April 2026.

The company confirmed that both English and Chinese versions of documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will henceforth be accessible exclusively on its website (www.cc-tp.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Chuncheng Heating noted that a significant portion of its registered shareholders have yet to provide functional email addresses. To ensure they receive time-sensitive materials—especially “Actionable Corporate Communications,” which require shareholder instructions—the company is urging investors to submit their email details by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the H-share registrar.

Shareholders who refrain from supplying an email address must regularly check the company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates; meanwhile, they will continue to receive only printed versions of Actionable Corporate Communications. Those preferring hard-copy delivery of all communications may opt in via the reply form or by emailing chunchengheating.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such requests will remain valid for one year from receipt.
