SpaceX CEO Elon Musk responded to a post from an X user discussing rocket launch technology, stating: "Building a fully reusable orbital rocket is one of the hardest engineering problems ever. Much harder than getting to the moon, which is why it hasn't been solved yet. I am cautiously optimistic that Starship will achieve full reusability next year.

Another key technology is orbital refilling, though it's much simpler. With luck, that will also be achieved next year.

Then consciousness and life as we know it can extend to planets and eventually to the stars."
