知行科技（股票代码：01274）于2026年6月8日发布公告称，公司在香港联交所场内回购股份共10万股，占本次交易前已发行股本约0.0395%。本次回购的每股价格介乎港币3.76元至3.98元之间，合计支付约港币39.17万元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本由253,209,440股减少至253,109,440股，同时库藏股数量增至4,333,100股，公司已发行股本总数仍为257,442,540股。根据公告，股东大会已于2025年6月20日通过购回授权，公司可回购的剩余额度为21,728,705股。公司在公告中确认，上述回购交易符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。
