Fortior Technology declares RMB0.78 final dividend for FY2025; payment set for 31 July 2026

Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.78 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the meeting scheduled for 20 May 2026. Upon approval, the shares will trade ex-dividend on 03 June 2026, with the record date fixed at 04 June 2026. Dividend distribution is slated for 31 July 2026. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent and the applicable exchange rate will be announced at a later stage. Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, will serve as the share registrar.

Withholding tax arrangements are as follows: • Non-resident individual shareholders generally face a 10% withholding rate; however, a 20% rate applies if the jurisdiction of residence lacks a tax treaty with the PRC. • Non-resident enterprise shareholders are subject to a uniform 10% withholding rate in line with Guo Shui Han (2008) No. 897. • Mainland individual investors and securities investment funds accessing H-shares through the Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs will have 20% individual income tax withheld, consistent with Cai Shui (2014) No. 81 and Cai Shui (2016) No. 127.

The board currently consists of Chairman and Executive Director Bi Lei, Executive Director Dr. Bi Chao, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Lin Mingyao, Dr. Niu Shuangxia, and Chen Jingyang.
