J&T Global Express Limited (J&T Express-W) disclosed that it repurchased 2.60 million Class B weighted-voting ordinary shares on 16 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 8.865 to HKD 9.15, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 9.03 per share and a total consideration of HKD 23.50 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 8.64 billion from 8.65 billion, representing a 0.03% reduction in the freely tradable share base. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 32.08 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 8.68 billion because the repurchased stock was retained as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

The latest purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 25 June 2026, which authorises J&T Global Express to buy back up to 967.47 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 58.88 million shares, equivalent to 0.61% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving roughly 908.59 million shares still available for repurchase.

As required under Hong Kong listing rules, the company confirmed that the buyback complied with all regulatory provisions and triggers a 30-day moratorium—running through 16 October 2026—during which J&T Global Express cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange approval.
