2026年7月8日，中裕能源控股有限公司（股票代码：03633）发布翌日披露公告，披露其于当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股股份。
本次公司合共回购690,000股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库存股份）约0.0256%。每股回购价介乎港币2.62元至2.66元，总涉资港币1,827,180元（约182.72万港元）。回购股份将用作库存股份。回购完成后，公司已发行股份数目为2,698,855,157股，库存股份增至49,450,000股，发行股份总数维持2,748,305,157股。
公告显示，中裕能源此前于2026年6月26日获股东大会通过回购授权，可回购股份总数270,560,515股。截至目前，公司已在香港联交所或其他交易所回购6,750,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的约0.2495%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
