DMALL Inc. (HKEX: 02586) disclosed that on 13 May 2026 it bought back 921,400 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 6.28 to HKD 6.96, for a total consideration of HKD 6.09 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 898.19 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 39.30 million. The buyback represents 0.10% of the company’s issued shares immediately before the repurchase.
The operation was executed under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 23 May 2025, which authorises DMALL to repurchase up to 89.96 million shares. To date, 39.30 million shares—equivalent to 4.37% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.
All repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares. Under Hong Kong listing rules, DMALL is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 12 June 2026.
