LOGORY 2025 ESG Report: Revenue Hits RMB4.53 Billion, Emissions Down 2%, Truckers’ Welfare Expanded

LOGORY Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing robust financial growth, deepened digital-freight penetration, lower carbon intensity and enhanced stakeholder engagement.

Financial & Operating Highlights • Revenue reached RMB 4.53 billion, while net profit climbed 6.90 % year-on-year to RMB 430 million. • Online gross transaction value (GTV) totalled RMB 29.80 billion, supported by 6.90 million shipping orders from 5,802 shippers and 1.35 million carrier truckers. • Data-services fees contributed RMB 55 million, reflecting increasing monetisation of “immediate on-site” logistics data. • Gross profit margin improved to 9.4 %, up 4.1 percentage points.

Governance & Compliance • A four-tier ESG governance structure—Board, ESG Management Team, Primary Responsibility Holders and Implementation Units—guides policy and execution. • Five board meetings and two board-of-supervisors meetings were convened; independent directors accounted for 33.33 % of the board. • No corruption lawsuits, information-security breaches or major safety incidents were reported. Nine core systems obtained Level-3 information-security certification.

Low-Carbon Performance • Total greenhouse-gas emissions declined by 2.0 % versus 2024 to 992.33 tCO₂e; emission intensity stood at 21.90 tCO₂e per RMB100 million revenue. • Electricity consumption intensity was 34.34 MWh per RMB100 million revenue, supported by paperless processes that eliminated 6.95 million contracts and 12.81 million invoices. • Shipping orders fulfilled by new-energy vehicles rose to 182,800, an 8.10-fold increase from 2019, with associated mileage up 8.60-fold to 57.74 million km.

Industry Ecosystem & Digital Innovation • The AI avatar “Ting” enables end-to-end digital freight management, enhancing safety through real-time risk alerts and electronic contract generation. • A phased roadmap targets 10 % of platform orders to be handled by new-energy trucks by 2027. • Supplier oversight includes mandatory integrity agreements and regular ESG risk assessments; 1.35 million truckers formed the core capacity base.

Truckers’ Rights & Community Engagement • Trade-union membership extended to 704,000 truckers; over 106,500 exclusive benefits worth RMB 3.89 million were delivered during the year. • “Truckers’ Guard” legal-aid programme mediated 78 cases and helped recover RMB 1.47 million in freight payments. • The “Charitable Mileage Donation” platform engaged 590,000 participants, donating 4.30 billion km of mileage to aid 5,755 trucker families. • Occupational-safety initiatives recorded zero work-related fatalities and 23 lost workdays.

Workforce Development • LOGORY employed 768 staff (46.35 % female); training coverage reached 92.74 % with an average of 11.5 training hours per employee. • Employee turnover stood at 11.71 %, with a 100 % rate for labour-contract signing and social-insurance coverage.

Outlook LOGORY plans to integrate climate-risk management across operations, maintain zero-tolerance on corruption, and pursue a 2030 target of keeping greenhouse-gas-emission intensity at or below 2025 levels, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable growth and industry leadership.
