Another batch of investor claims against Ylz Information Technology Co.,Ltd. (300096), represented by securities claim lawyer Xu Feng from Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm, was filed with the Xiamen Intermediate People's Court on January 20, 2026. The law firm has now submitted the Ylz Information Technology investor claims case for filing multiple times, and it is currently awaiting the court's next procedural arrangements. Work is simultaneously underway to advance the filing of subsequent cases, and the firm continues to accept mandates from other affected investors. On the evening of May 8, 2024, Ylz Information Technology announced it had received a "Case Filing Notice" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The notice stated that due to suspected violations of information disclosure regulations, such as failing to properly disclose guarantees provided for related parties, the CSRC decided to initiate an investigation into the company. On the evening of November 28, 2023, Ylz Information Technology disclosed an announcement regarding the existence of irregular guarantees, irregular loans, and related major litigation and arbitration matters involving the company. The announcement stated that through a recent self-inspection, the company discovered it had provided irregular guarantees for its actual controller/majority shareholder/then Chairman Mr. Zhang Xi and his affiliates, as well as situations where Mr. Zhang Xi signed irregular loan agreements in the company's name, all without undergoing any internal control approval, board of directors, or shareholder meeting deliberation procedures. These matters were attributed to Mr. Zhang Xi's personal actions; the company did not perform the corresponding decision-making procedures to approve providing guarantees for his related debts or approve the relevant external borrowing. The company had no records of signing the "Loan Agreements," "Loan Contracts," "Guarantee Contracts," or other guarantee documents, did not find any retained or stored copies of these agreements and related documents, and the company's accounts did not receive the related loan funds. Attorney Xu Feng, the lead partner at Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm, which specializes in securities litigation, believes that investors who purchased Ylz Information Technology stock between June 14, 2018, and November 29, 2023, and sold or continued to hold the stock after November 29, 2023, may still be eligible to file claims.
